I’m Tanya Nel, the person behind Verra HR Resources, a South African HR and recruitment consultancy.

Through Verra, I support businesses with practical HR consultation and recruitment, and help candidates prepare for their next career step. Integrity, flexibility and curiosity guide my approach.

My experience includes HR specialist work, talent acquisition and recruitment across the finance, taxation, mining, engineering and manufacturing sectors. This background brings together recruitment expertise and hands-on HR experience across varied organisational environments.

My qualifications and training inform my people-centred approach to HR, recruitment and career guidance.
